What do I do if I like a piece of Jewellery?

Once you have chosen a piece you should place your order through the purchase page.  Answer all the questions and send it to us as soon as possible.  Once we receive your purchase order we will contact you to inform you that your order will be put on hold until payment is received. We will send you an Invoice and once the payments have cleared we will ship your purchase via your chosen method.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL WE EMAIL or PHONE YOU THAT YOUR ITEM IS READY.

We will hold an order for 3 working days.  If in that time we have not recieved cleared payment we will place the item back on the for sale list.  You may see "Pending" on an item.  That will mean awaiting payment.

If you are running late just let us know and we will extend the time.  We don't mind that at all.  Just keep in touch with us so we know you are genuine.

 How do I pay?.

Here at ALAN MICHAELS JEWELLERY we are totally committed to keeping the cost down. We have chosen not to do a Shopping Cart style site.  Nor do we accept Credit Cards or even Eftpos.  As the fees are becoming ridiculous.

We are going back to basics. Almost.  To keep the cost down for you.

We accept bank transfers via the internet or direct deposits if you like. We will accept a cheque either personal or business but please understand that we will not release the goods until it has cleared.  Please ensure there are enough funds in your account so as to avoid unneccassary bank fees, as these fees will be passed onto you.

Are ALAN MICHAELS JEWELLERY  Diamonds Genuine?

Short answer. YES.

They are 100% Nature made Diamonds.  These are not CZ's or any other man created  stone.  They have faults, inclusions and character as you would expect with any made in the ground Diamond.

We will source your Jewellery Item and send you pictures, costs & a description of the items that fit your request.

If you see an item you want then just let us know and we can start the process.

Please email us for full details.

Our returns policy does not apply to Special Orders.  We can only replace or refund if the item is not as decribed or due to a manufacturers defect.

Having said that.  This has never occurred.

Why do the Rings etc look dull and lifeless in the pictures?

The Pictures we use are magnified between 10-30 times. It shows things your eyes wouldn't see under normal circumstances.  It shows the inclusions or carbon spots.  In the case of some of the more clustered diamonds the diamonds seem to disappear and look like molten lead.  If you see these under normal light.  They are simply dazzling and beautiful.  You will know what I mean the instant you open the ring box.  Your will think "Its gorgeous"

But if you don't like it... Send it back.

The Rings will look much better than the Picture. We can guarantee that.

Platinum is a rare precious metal that's used to create fine jewelry.

Its heavy weight and durability make platinum a metal that will not wear away with constant use.

Platinum holds fine gemstones firmly in place for the life of the jewelry when used as prongs

and other setting components.

Platinum's natural white luster provides a rich backdrop for diamonds.

it's a metal that's just as elegant when used all by itself.

Or to create a piece of jewellery, either a simple polished item or design with engraved motifs.

Platinum looks stunning when combined with contrasting touches of 18K yellow gold.
